The blog should have some nice photos and video up on Monday....if the weather is nice...I hope.
Son-in-law and I are heading up to Silverton and Durango, Colorado. Trucking the bikes up (Enertia for me, Yamaha Zuma 125 for him) and will do some riding around.
I've been chatting with the PR people at Durango & Silverton Narrow Gauge Railroad, and they are helping me to get a few photo ops of the Steam Locomotive and the Enertia together...so that should be nice. Old meets new and all that.
Plus a few other fun locations...again, please minimal rain (though I know Colorado needs it).
I've been pretty lucky...every place I've called has not only been open to the idea of having the Enertia hanging around and being photographed, but often they are actively helping me...perhaps they sense I'm a noobie at this...or it is my natural charm
If, 25 years ago, I had gone into PR vs medicine, by now I would rule the world...eh, possibly a slight exaggeration.
But it has been fun...and like Blanche Dubois, I have always counted on the kindness of strangers...which could explain those lost years I had as a child...
