Btw, how can I directly add an image?
When you include the [ img ] code, the url between the codes has to go directly to an image file, e.g. one that ends with .jpg or .png.
For example, the image you posted does have a .jpg at the end, but only if you right-click on it and choose the "Copy image url" option (or whatever the equivalent is in your browser). What I usually do is right-click the image and choose "open image in a new tab" in order to see how it displays. Then I copy the url from that new tab and put it between the [ img ] codes.
You can also adjust the size of that image (e.g. if it is displaying too large) by adding "width=400" or something similar, after the xxx.jpg url name. For example (and I'm leaving some spaces in the [ img ] codes so that you will be able to see how to do it -- no spaces should be in the codes when you do it):
