Will existing Enertia owners that would like to get the Empulse get another state refund ie: California, I got $1500 back if I get the Empulse too would I be eligible for another refund for a different model purchased?

Yes.

It is my understanding that the credit is based on the new vehicle purchased, and not based who received credits on past purchases. I would expect that an Enertia owner would recieve a credit on the Enertia and when that same person buys an Empulse, that new purchase is also subject to qualify for the credit.

   Sweet looking forward to get my Empulse, I just hope they disclose more specs soon like weight, etc.
