 :o Seriously? I don't think Virginia has nearly the same tax breaks as Oklahoma, though!
I really want the Empulse and $5,599 would put it in my range.
How can I calculate that price? Can anyone give me the formula to take all federal and tax breaks from the posted price for the Empulse?

It is not looking good for you (VA) or me (MA) when it comes to tax credits for the Empulse:

It looks like people in VA can only count on the federal 10% tax break.
