New on board charger
« on: July 07, 2020, 09:23:43 AM »
Hi everyone,
i need your help: i have changed the on board charger (i bought a 67.115.0 Valeo from EVolve Electrics), but the bike charging at maximum 1 AMPS, not the normal 16.
At this point i need 50 hours to charge from zero to 100%...
Someone know this problem?
The german technician that fixed the batteries problem tell's me that is only to plugin and not to programming via software.
i give to all of you more data with USB Data and a picture of display's Empulse at 100%

I thank in advance anyone who can help me to fix the situation!

MiBa

EVolve electrics said me that:
"this charger is CAN driven and requires a CAN compatible BMS to control it's charge cycle. The numbers presented only indicate the max and min voltage that the carger can operate at. It's up the BMS to turn the charger on/off at any voltage within that range"

Today morning i tried to charge at a public recharge, but the result is the same: 1 AMPS
i think the only solution is to connect to the can-bus to set the onboard charger, but i'm not a technician XD
