Firmware here I believe. Just downloaded it from Polaris website. I'll attach the PDF in a moment. Too large to attach both.

The missing piece of module "BCP firmware" seems to be version 15.01.06. Below is the version that can be found in "Firmware Block.rar" (see post link below).

BCP Firmware
94130704_P5SV1M03.BIN
05.01.03

Check out this .pdf describing the firmware: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1eagy1j2Me3S9-uyNNygw9eiFh8taqpdz/view?usp=sharing

If I had to guess, we're looking for this file (or something similar):

94130704_P15SV1M06.BIN

Which is shown as version (see attached from my Victory Empulse TT):
15.01.06

Anyone know where we can find this? I did some deep internet searching and could not find it, though most of these Brammo files seem to be in people's personal file repository and not the internet :)

I posted new pictures of the upper battery disassembly. I wanted to look in there to confirm that none of the cell leakage is happening in there also.
I found it to be extremely clean. no indication what so ever of either water or cell leakage. the bottom of the case even looks really clean. the only spots I found were on the corner of the end cap of the battery case which I think is some kind of assembly fluid or grease. The battery expanded by about 2 inches over night after I took off the end cap. I expected to find swollen cells but I didnt see any indication like when I took apart the empulse cells. I hope to be able to squeeze it back together with some clamps. My goal now is to get this battery back together and with the top case off connect to the bms and get some readings.

Korbin Dallas, if I open up the lower modulithic battery and want to remove a damaged PCB - at what point do I need to clamp the cells together to prevent expansion (which is common with pouch cells)? You mentioned something about an "end cap." Just wanting to make sure I have the right tools on-hand and avoid expansion if I can.  What's your recommendation based on the lessons you've learned?

You had a photo with clamps here: https://photos.google.com/share/AF1QipM-lb_Kyrf0rE277WO0YMEn7UiY8JcG8qs-ygcdzFxYYNq-NxkNbTLQfexNz9Upog/photo/AF1QipOrz7rXi_w1d9Coxavc7sRnq5saQetlFfukiMRH?key=MDVDc3IwQUFuSHdQb1BTTElCM21jamlTOWNhMTFn

Thanks a lot

You will need to release the bus bars to get the PCB out. When you do that most of the expansion will happen. I would have 2 pieces of 2x4 and a set of pipe clamps like these
https://www.homedepot.com/p/BESSEY-H-Style-1-2-in-Black-Pipe-Clamp-Fixture-Set-BPC-H12/204986130
The pipe does not come with these so you will need that too. 1/2 inch black pipe threaded on atleast one end for the clamp to thread on. Comes in different lengths, mine are 4 feet but shorter would be better. The amount of force to squeeze this back together was not huge but you need to gently and evenly tighten the clamps. Drill 3/4 inch hole in the middle of the 2x4 and another 12 inches away. Make both 2x4 the same. Have extra hands to help you..those metal pipes make great conductors for electricity the whole setup is awkward until you have pressure on the clamps.
As for opening the case it is easy. 6 screws on the top and the small screws on the sides marked in blue. do not remove the screw marked in red or the allen screws on the bottom.
