What Harry wishes is not that far fetched, though. All you need is to store electricity in the charger by keeping it plugged in the 120v outlet 24/7, but it would transfer that charge to the bike in a much faster system. If the storage was reasonably bigger than the bikes total capacity, you wouldn't need to wait too much to use it again.
