Commuting through Moscow traffic on an electric motorcycle

Here is a link to a 25-minute long video showing a rider on a home-built electric motorcycle riding through Moscow traffic. This guy really knows how to split lanes and is proof positive that you don't need loud pipes to save lives - you just need to have a good eye for fitting into small spaces at high speeds and confidence that the car next to you will not change lanes as you ride by.

It has been mentioned on a couple of other forums that this fellow is riding an electric bicycle.
