I have no idea what it says, but I think they like it. Maybe some of our forum members in Hong Kong can help?

BikeHK is making the announcement that the Empulse and Empulse R have just completed full type approval in Hong Kong and may now be registered for road use.  It states that orders are being taken and provides the most recent specs.

Thanks Matt!
I hope you'll let us know when you have test ride events and any notable sales. Is Jackie going to drop by anytime soon?

We have a couple of exciting events on the horizon.  We have a private orientation and test drive event on 06 October with the Hong Kong Superbike Club.  Then, the Hong Kong Motorcycle Show has been pushed forward this year to 27 October which is great because the weather should be much better.
Will upload some photos after these events for sure.

Im sure Jackie will want to take out the Empulse R once we have it back from the Police.  He's been away for a while...a lonely new Can-Am Spyder is sitting at his office next to his Enertia.
