H-D is having production problems with their new LiveWire electric motorcycle as discussed in this article, which also includes an interesting news video that discusses H-D production and sales issues in some detail:

Here is the story from Motorcycle.com.  I note that the problem seems to be with the on-board 120V charger. I wonder what that could be?  I guess we will find out some day:
