The legislators in Texas must like to see riders and their motorcycles cook during hot weather and traffic jams. Plus, they also don't want motorcycle riders to get somewhere before they do  >:( : https://www.motorcycle.com/bikes/news/texas-formally-outlaws-lane-splitting-44594332
