Get Service D4 error - DMC not responding
« on: January 18, 2019, 06:53:25 PM »
Anyone know how to fix this? I read something where a contractor needs to be cleaned where it's plugs into the DMC...

Hi,
according Empulse Owners manual, D4 system fault means: Motor Cooler not Communicating
Enertia has no motor cooler but motor fan only, so try to clean fan contacts and it maybe help you.

My bike is now a nice paper weight. Can't get it to talk to motor controller anymore so can't ride it... What should I do with it?

Did you get this resolved?
The same error showed up on my Enertia today, but after cycling the power (key switch) it went away and ran fine...  Makes me nervous...
