It's the University of Oregon (presumably).  The owner doesn't work there, but I do work with him in Eugene. I recognize the windscreen with the additional lights.

Hi petehammer,

I'm curious about the windscreen because it is taller than other windscreens recommended for use with the Empulse.  It would help me hear my helmet radio at highway speeds to have a windscreen that will deflect wind away from my helmet, not just my chest.  Would your coworker be willing to share what the make and model of the windscreen is, and why he chose it?
