Howdy to all
« on: April 12, 2010, 12:39:11 PM »
I'll kick this off.  I am Harry Mallin, and I, unfortunately, do not own a Brammo Enertia (yet).  I run the Brammofan blog (www.brammofan.com) and have been doing so for about a year.
Lots of pics, videos, stories, and editorializing nonsense over there, so feel free to peruse when you get some free time.
Just to let y'all know, I actually went to high school with Craig Bramscher, the CEO of Brammo, and "reconnected" with him when I was on Facebook (spying on my kids).  I started to read about his company, saw the bike, and I was hooked.

I haven't ridden a motorcycle since I sold my 1973 Honda CB550 about 25 years ago, and I miss the experience.  I hope to change that by becoming the owner of a Brammo Enertia.  Stay tuned.

Hi Harry, it's really good to meet you ;) Yes, you need to get a bike. I may have a bike or 2 to sell you. Ride it until you save up for your Brammo? Let me know :D Nah, just wouldn't be the same trying to pretend it's quiet, has no gears and your leg is not cooking on the exhaust when you get off the bike on the wrong side...

Hallo, I am Hans from germany and very interested in all vehicles - whatever it is. I was working in the twowheels-business since 1978, when I started in a motorcycle shop in Frankfurt/Main, Germany, with Kawasaki and Ducati Bikes and Vespa Scooters. The Shop was owned by Heinz W.Henke, the owner of the small german MUENCH Motorcycle Factory in Altenstadt near Frankfurt.
From 1979 on, I was one of the first employees of Harley-Davidson Germany - the european factory owned subsitary near Frankfurt/Main. First working as an regional salesman for south germany + austria, I also was responsible for Press/PR/Advertising, and the first European HOG-Manager 1990 introduced by Willie G. Davidson in Phoenix, AZ. In April 1997, I started one of the big german motorcycle portals/ community called MOTORRAD.NET, and sold it to Publishing Company later.
In all the years I owned, used and tested all different type of motorcycles that I could get. Sometimes I had 5 motorcycles in my garage at the same time. Today I am very much interested in electric vehicles, own two electric bicycles and two motorcycles since several years, but want to have one or two electric motorcycles in addition to those.
I support the MAGIC BIKE RALLY, RIESLINGMAN Rheingau Triathlon and RANSEL CLASSICS - regional events in the Rhine Valley.
And I will support all activities to make available electric vehicles to everybody asap... as the BRAMMO
Dont dream - do it

Hi Kris!  Hey, could you start your own thread in this welcome forum?  I just want everyone to see that you're a Brammo Best Buy Tech.  I will even make it a "sticky."

So glad you showed up.  This is gonna be big, methinks.

You are a silly woman, Miss Judy.  Don't you worry about me not having an Enertia.  To me, it's a temporary situation. The time between birth and 4? years old, the time before I was an Enertia owner, will simply be known as the Dork Ages. The Unenlightenment.

Hoy,
my name is Wilfried and I live near Antwerp in Belgium Europ.
I'm using my old CB250 to drive around and to get me to my job (12 km) but he is waiting for his retirement.
Tested the Vectrix, but he is not more available (for the moment).
Looked at the Zero, but it looked a little to high for me.
So hoping to get a test ride with the Enertia somewhere sometime.

Hi Wilfried... welcome to the forum.  I'm not sure when the Enertia will be making its appearance in Belgium, but hopefully it will be soon.  Keep us updated and maybe you'll be the first owner in your country.

Welcome to the forum, Wilfried. I hope you get the opportunity to test ride an Enertia soon.

Is the movie "In Bruges" popular in Belgium? It is a dark comedy from 2008 that takes place in Belgium that could offend people from Belgium and the USA. I hope to visit your country on vacation some day. I have an interest in World War II history.
