The text on your bike's display that shows "SERVICE REQ'D" is an abbreviation for "Service Required" followed by the error code which looks like B40 in one photo and H34 in the other photo.

According to the Brammo Enertia Warnings and Error Codes chart on page 78 of the manual, the description of your codes are:

B40 - Battery Fault: BMS Back in Idle Mode

H34 - Discharge "pre-charge error (Disable Drive)

If your battery or batteries are overly discharged, it may be possible to revive them depending on how severe the discharge is.  Rebuilding the batteries is possible but I'm not sure about the cost.  I do know that new replacement batteries from Lithiumwerks (formerly Valence) are roughly $750 U.S. each.

Check the voltage and LED status on each of the six batteries and let me know what you find.  Just be careful not to let the positive lead of your meter touch the frame or any other metal parts of the bike when checking the voltage.  Definitely don't want to short the positive battery terminal.
